4. Employer Responsibilities

Employers posting jobs must provide accurate, non-discriminatory listings and comply with U.S. employment laws. We do not guarantee the quality or availability of candidates applying to your postings. You are solely responsible for your interactions with job seekers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (e.g., text, logos, design) is owned by FresherJob.net or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users retain ownership of content they upload (e.g., resumes, job postings), granting us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store it for Site functionality.

7. Limitation of Liability
